For their 2016 spring season, Vancouver's Pacific Design Lab has created their first "official" furniture collection, 'The Access Collection'. By using a mix of Scandinavian + West Coast inspiration, they used simple lines and modern elements to develop a collection that encourages people to get outside and into their community.
(Above) Made using solid maple, the Still bench with its' innovative composition and solid form allow it to adapt to any space.
(Above) The Collect Console is designed to make the entryway more efficient. The design includes a neat leather pouch designed by DW Leatherworks, made with beautiful English Bridle leather, hand-stitched with waxed linen thread and finished with burnished beeswax edges. Fitted to the outside of the base, a perfect place to toss your essentials (phone, keys, wallet) on your way in, keeping them in a safe, accessible place.
Maple rods are collected and wrapped with a black leather band, and a custom powder coated steel rod with wooden caps to form a visually interesting and space saving coat rack, dedicated for holding coats, bags or hats.
