Mix the yeast,  warm milk and half the sugar in a small bowl. Allow to stand until foamy  on top, about 10 minutes.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv class=\"\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv class=\"\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"\u003EPlace  the flour, remaining sugar, cinnamon, salt, and dried fruit in a large  bowl and combine well. Make a well, in the centre of dry mix, and add  the yeast mixture, egg, reserved orange juice and melted butter. Blend  together with a wooden spoon until a dough forms. Remove from bowl, and  knead dough, on a lightly floured surface, until smooth and elastic  (about 5 minutes).\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cdiv class=\"\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"\u003EPlace  dough in a lightly oiled bowl, and cover with a damp towel. Set aside,  in a warm spot, for about 60-90 minutes, or until dough doubles in size. I'm happy to be spending Christmas in  Kyneton and Melbourne this year. An easy  walk into town over a \u0026nbsp;bluestone bridge (built in 1861), crossing the  Campaspe River, and you're there. Today I'm sharing a fun, and fairly  simple, photo transfer project with you. I've done a variety of  different ways of transferring images onto wood, fabric and glass and  even polaroid transfers, and plan to post more in the future. After stripping it and  sanding it down, I put one coat of primer on it. Once it dried, I  painted two coats of a pale grey (Universal Grey by Behr).\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cdiv class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"\u003E\u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-FdLYczmzgsM\/UKB60KKrETI\/AAAAAAAAwIg\/RiEvLWaZqvY\/s1600\/pictransfer_9110.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"\u003E\u003Cimg border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-FdLYczmzgsM\/UKB60KKrETI\/AAAAAAAAwIg\/RiEvLWaZqvY\/s1600\/pictransfer_9110.jpg\" \/\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EI chose an image, then cropped and sized it to work with the bench. I  then printed it in reverse (as a mirror image), so that once applied it  would read correctly.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cdiv class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"\u003E\u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-VA7BGvx3j6E\/UKB61VKiKQI\/AAAAAAAAwIo\/ksoU4AzXF-Q\/s1600\/pictransfer_9113.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"\u003E\u003Cimg border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-VA7BGvx3j6E\/UKB61VKiKQI\/AAAAAAAAwIo\/ksoU4AzXF-Q\/s1600\/pictransfer_9113.jpg\" \/\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EWorking quickly, I applied a layer of Liquitex Medium Gloss Gel on to  the bench, then applied a coat to the front the image and placed it face  down on the bench. I smoothed out the bubbles, then applied a coat of  gel to the back of the image. Starting at the  corners, I sat the wet cloth on the paper and let it soak through a  little, before rubbing it off. This process took about an hour. That's what I love about it (and why I took sand paper  to it!). So what I'm saying is, don't go mad if you can't get every air  bubble out, or you rub a piece of the image off. Pretty much designed  entirely with the \"Bocci 28d\", the newest creation from Omer. I love  these so much.
