Fill with water. Add a little loop of string hanging over the edge at the top if you want to. Let it freeze for at least 24 hours. Place it in a sink with some warm water to loosen it from the container. Aside  from a  spinning and printmaking class, she is completely self-taught.  She  draws her inspiration from her treasure-hunting family, especially  her  father a mathematician and electrical engineer, her scientific   (biochemistry and synthetic organic chemistry) and medical backgrounds,   and her great respect and love of the natural world.
